Technical Plan Document V1 - Review & Discussion

The purpose of this document is to review and finalize the project "group task management (GTM) web app" technical planner.

Per my previous concern during the discussion:

While building the document, I found myself conflicting on the level of technical details to use in it. I tend to think this is meant for high-level audiences (such as CTO, UX lead, etc) and I will suggest (when in real projects) to separate technical sections (like API definitions, data modeling) into a separate, developer-focused document.

To address this, I have expanded the documentation coverages and split them into their own files for separation of concern and ease of content management.
