Standardize README file #55

Description

I found that the README file was not following any kind of pattern. It basically had all information needed, but it seemed to be like all contributors were following what they thought was the best for them. I think that it's good to keep a default writing "template" for the documentation, to make it easy for someone that will be using this.

Of course I'm open to suggestions and improvements on this.

Ok, it seems that there are some old commits that should not belong here. I'll figure this out later today.

Force pushed my master branch to keep it up-to-date with upstream's. Will do everything from scratch again and will open up a new PR.
