This project is about to provide the general purpose environment that allows researchers and other domain experts to use transparently state-of-the-art techniques in image processing to improve their image results. ImageJ is a public domain Java image processing program extensively used in life sciences. Pre Recostruction Image Processing plugin provides generic functionality and user friendly interface so that user can perform various data cleaning techniques on raw image data and finally produce sinograms as a result.
