Adds documentation on the new
pruneEmptyCodeFilesbsconfig option to the README.The bsconfig section of the README is a little long. Would you prefer that it get moved under the docs folder, maybe just leaving the shell of the most minimal
bsconfig.jsonfile on the main README?
