Two upper-dirs added to the output

Rollup appends two ../ to the import of import … from '../'. I've discovered this with package self-reference. Given package.json is present (see my repro) this path should be the same in the output. However, two additional up-dirs were added. I think this is related to core and not node-resolve, so I put this issue here.

Expected Behavior

I have proper paths in output when I make build.

Actual Behavior

I have wrong path when I build.

I've re-checked this with 2.52.7 and issue is still present. Can somebody check this? Is my ticket correct @lukastaegert?
