  • Set up a separate hardware wallet for rolod0x.eth
  • Switch ENS to point to it
  • Set up Liberapay Might do this later
  • Add .github/FUNDING.yml
  • Add crypto addresses to README

Not sure if anyone will donate but it's worth a try.  I doubt anyone
in web is going to use PayPal; will add a web3 address for donations
soon.

Partially addresses #69.
