Completed checkbox for projects and actions doesn't stay synced #49

If you mark a project or action as complete by clicking the checkbox in a dashboard with the project or action tiddler also open, the checkbox in the checkbox in the project or action tiddler should refresh its state.

It seems like the tiddler is re-rendered, but it doesn't update the complete checkbox.

Actually it's the same for actions. I'll update the title.

Thanks. I need to brush up the custom widgets a bit. The widget did not have a fresh function, and wasn't calling a full tree refresh. I have a commit ready to push.

Actions that have been completed should cause total refresh. #49
