Live.sh introduction

I often switch between projects and languages. So it would be nice to have live reloading everywhere,
especially when you work with frontend styling.

I saw some C people using Bash shell scripts to build projects. So why can't we do live reloading in Bash.
With some exploration around ChatGPT, I figured out how to write a Bash script for it.
And then later added a JavaScript script to reload the window whenever you switch back to it.

There are no dependencies, you can run it everywhere, and it should work fine for most of the cases.
