This will simplify search as item would be found either by full or short title

Affected entities:

  • Divisions (via DivisionSelector)
  • Positions
  • Achievements
  • Education levels
  • Education forms

While edu. levels and edu. forms also have ShortTitle field, number of records is too low to affect UX negatively.
