1. Build NCCO object server on host/ncco

Deploy log:

1. create Heroku account and an app, download CLI
2. run heroku login
3. create heroku deployment files
4. run heroku git:remote --app booktwotables to init heroku remote
5. run git push heroku master to deployment
6. run heroku logs for logs to validate deployment and runtime errors ======= Work log

Basic stuff:

1. install python 3
2. install python libs: pip3 install nexmo watson-developer-cloud hug tornado logzero flake8
3. setup Nexmo account
4. install nexmo cli and connect it to your account
5. buy number nexmo number:buy ...

App:

Nexmo quirks:

1. answer url w/o protocol, e.g. "http://" gives no error, but fails during call
