Move celebrations of city patronages to separate (city) calendars

Should we state two patronage titles of differenet particularity level (as in particular calendar) in one key (Patron of the city and the Diocese of Saint-Denis)? For example, key denis_of_paris_bishop_patron_of_the_city_and_of_the_diocese_of_saint_denis.

I have a similar patronage title issue in two of the Slovak dioceses, but I was thinking we should rather create two separate keys, one used in the diocesan calendar, the other in the calendar of the city/town.
