High Level Objectives / Questions we're trying to answer

• continue improving our AST Façade
• improving the JS grammar
• improve our CI with possible benchmarks
• evaluate a new type of error recovery strategy that fits the new parsing logic
• start discussion around a Semantic IR inside Rome
• continue prototyping LSP and analysis infrastructure, incorporating incremental computation

During this week we implemented a new Parsing infrastructure that will be serve as foundation of our new parsers.

• we finished to re write the recovery strategy
• we'll soon write a short guide of how this new parsing infrastructure works
• we created a new xtask to run some bench mark against some popular libraries: Feature/xtask coverage libs #1820
