[Feature] "Last logged in" info for users in admin panel

I was thinking it might be neat to have data about when users last accessed Romm within the admin panel's users section. Would it be life changing? Probably not! But it might help in some scenarios and is pretty cool info to have access to!

Another possibility might be data on the admin page about what roms people are downloading the most haha but that's probably a bit more involved.
