You have no photosets associated with your Flickr account #43

Are you trying to access some private photosets or public photosets? Can you post your flickr user-id and the photosets you are trying to access? |
All my sets are public, and will eventually need to use all of them. 48413077@N07 or halosupercars is the id. Thanks. |
I'm able to see all the photosets for you on my local setup. https://www.dropbox.com/s/bz1rx5c9kilbrn0/Screenshot%202014-08-12%2008.35.33.png Are you running the latest version 3.5.1? What version of WordPress are you running? |
Interesting, wish mine looked like that :) Version 3.9.2 |
Does your Default Settings page look like this? |
Flickr ID & API key are different. I tried entering your API key, just for kicks, it didn't work, so I entered in my original key, now it seems to be working. Also just now realized the other difference was, my page before said access granted instead of the grant access button it now has. |
Flickr ID should be same as that screenshot. That's your Flickr ID. API key will be different for you according to your app on Flickr.com. The access granted text is fine, that means AFG can access your private photos from flickr. |
Yeah, not sure what happened originally, but it changed it once access was granted. Now that I re-entered it, it's working fine, only difference is now, the unselectable "granted access" box now says "grant access". |
That's fine if you don't want to access your private photos. |
I've started to get the same error "You have no photosets associated with your Flickr account". I've tried to create another API key and secret on Flickr, I've disabled cache plugin but without any success. My Flickr user-id: 30302563@N04 |
Can you post your flickr user-id here? I also need to check if something changed in Flickr's API backend. |
Just to be sure - I've posted my flickr id in previous post. |
I see that you do have some public sets too on your account. Let me do some testing and get back to you. It might take a while as I'm traveling this week. |
Although I love this plugin ever since Flickr changed from sets (photosets) to galleries when I try to add a gallery it says there are no albums associated with this flickr account. But all the photosets are there and I can add them wherever. |
I have exactly the same issue here. I installed the plugin, but when I want to add pictures it tells me there would be no photosets be associated with my account. I tried it with granted access to private pictures and without. It is rather weird. Tags etc. work fine. |
Can you post link to your main Flickr page and the album you're trying to add in AFG? |
Ok, so wh3n flickr went from sets to albums, the ability to add sets was gone. I could upload any set before the change to albums, but once they replaced sets with albums anything in a "new" album was not recognized. Say I did a shoot with Ashley and created a 12 image album in flickr, no say I had done a shoot a year ago with Ashley and at that time it was called a set. I can make as many galleries with awesomeflickr gallery with the old set, but if I try to create a gallery with the new shoot with Ashley I get the message, "you have no photosets associated with your flickr account." I love the awesome flickr gallery plugin, but its been several years that I've been getting that message and have moved on. I contacted you when this first happened, but received no response and so have moved on to other approaches, although the awesome flickr gallery was probably the best I encountered. Thanks for the information. I see what the issue is. Problem is this is a side project for me and I'm not able to spend as much time on it as I'd like. I'll try to fix this in the next update hopefully. |

I know that this is a side line for you, I just wanted you to know that I've purchased a number of other photo hosting plugin and your plug in Awesome flickr gallery was heads and shoulders above all the others. It was a sad day when it stopped working. It will be a great day when you get it fixed. David From: Ronak Gandhi notifications@github.com Thanks for the information. I see what the issue is. I just wanted to say thanks so much for fixing this issue! This is such an amazing plugin! |
When I go to add gallery, and select gallery source as Photosets, I get this message: You have no photosets associated with your Flickr account. The account shows access granted, with secret, and photos show in the Photostream preview. Not sure what else I'm missing?
