Add predefined LaTeX format 'booktabs' #97

This format works with the booktabs package, making the prettiest tables
in LaTeX. Uses its own horizontal rules, and intentionally ignores any
specification for vertical ditto (the booktabs documentation explains
why).

It's such a red pill, since I started using it, I see ugly tables everywhere. Definitely one of my "every single document" packages.
