As asked on the forum, add the latest information concerning Windows 10 (32-bit compilation only, which build options work or not, etc).

There should be something here as well I think 😬 https://root.cern/install/build_from_source/

EDIT: the section at https://root.cern/install/#build-from-source is just a quick-start, full "build from source" instructions are in that other page.
