tar_destroy(), tar_delete(), etc. should delete objects on S3

Proposal

Currently, tar_delete() and friends only operate on local files inside the data store. It would be appropriate and helpful if they removed objects written to S3 buckets as well in the case of format = "aws_parquet" etc.
