diffusion bval and bvec not correct with complex data

I was very pleased to see that the current version splits up data if exported as real, imaginary, phase, and magnitude correctly (philips diffusion data).

However the bval en bvec files that are produced are not correct, each b-value is repeated 4 times instead of 1. I think this is because philips by default orders the data as (I,M,P,R) thus creating 4 repetitions of each b-value.

If needed i can privately share a enhanced dcm file.
