The qpack_static_table_version TLS extension - IETF proposed Standards Track RFC
Draft version 00 was submitted on September 27th 2023.
Following comments from others on the HTTP WG mailing list, draft version 01 was published on October 10th 2023.
Following a presentation at IETF 188 in Prague on November 9th, draft version 02 was created. This version is a work in progress, but includes information about the concept of vendor-defined registries, as well as some examples of the benefits of using the static table.
