moveit_cfgs: missing run_depend on industrial_robot_simulator #23

As per subject.

All industrial moveit_config packages use the industrial_robot_simulator, but don't declare a runtime dependency on it.

Affected packages:

  • ABB
  • Fanuc
  • Motoman
  • Universal Robot

universal_robot pkgs seem to have regressed since ros-industrial/universal_robot#42 was merged.

But they also don't use the industrial_robot_simulator (any more?), so that's ok.

Issue with motoman configs is (partially) tracked in ros-industrial/motoman#56.
