./build_locally.sh doesn't work on Ubuntu 16.04 with the packaged version of Ruby. These instructions worked to install the required version: https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-install-ruby-on-ubuntu-18-04/

Should we link to (or describe) how to update ruby in the readme instead of the notice about 16.04 holding us back?

Thanks for reporting an issue. We will have a look asap. If you can think of a fix, please consider providing it as a pull request.

I have no problem with build_locally on 18.04. Are you saying 16.04 is broken and you want to add-back support for 16.04? Is this issue still relevant?

@tylerjw is this still an issue?

I don't think so, closing. I don't care about 16.04 any more.
