Information on "Robots" page might be out-of-date

e.g. Latest package for PR2 is Hydro, which is simply wrong (Indigo is the answer).

The info is maintained in this repository instead of automatically pulling in from e.g. each robot's package.

My idea is to automatically retrieve the up-to-date info from somewhere else (e.g. each robot's package, new robots.ros.org page etc.) instead of manually maintaining info here.
For that I don't have extra gear near future unfortunately.

@rcc0002 has greatly improved the robotics page, though there is still more work to be done. I think this can be closed
