This correctly places the vmlinuz and initrd.img files into the /boot/firmware paths. Fixes ros-realtime#11.

This correctly places the vmlinuz and initrd.img files into the /boot/firmware paths.
The symlink in /boot are still broken, but it doesn't matter to the boot process.
