According to
roscpplogging documentation messages with levelWARNor above should go tostderr. HoweverWARNlevel messages are currently sent tostdoutbyroscpp(not byrospy, by the way).I'm not at all familiar with the
rosconsolecodebase, but on my limited tests this fixes this issue.
