ros2 humble robot_localization version issue #37126

I had a problem with the recent update of robot_localization on Ubuntu22.04.

The head of robot_localization for humble is tagged as 3.4.2, but I got 3.5.0 (rolling) instead.

This is a separate issue, but this commit on rolling branch introduced a bug when there are no covariance params.

So, could you please fix the version?
