Kinetic: Release Check List

This ticket is used to collect things that need to be done for the upcoming Kinetic release.

• make distroN the default distro
• Version macro for distroN needs to be updated from “Expected in distroN” to “distroN”
• Manually redeploy wiki once finished by pulling repo and restarting Apache instance
• Update symlink for default API doc: @tfoote

@dirk-thomas do you know what "remove EOL'd from header doc links" refers to?

A wiki page with the package template has links at the top to switch to the documentation of a specific ROS distribution. EOLed distros should be removed from that list in order to not let it grow unbounded.

ok, that's what I thought. I'm in favor of this change, but it seems to be a new policy since the template header currently goes all the way back to electric.

I think ideally we would hide EOL'd distros on that bar by default and have an option to show the names of EOL'd distros.
