This PR includes the migration and refactoring of
FixedOrientationOrthoViewController, with the addition of tests. It also includes some refactoring of theOrbitViewControllerandViewControllerclasses.Furthermore, the method
FixedOrientationOrthoViewController::mimic()has been slightly modified to obtain a consistent behaviour when switching between different view controllers.
