Other checked answers after submitting

Hi!
Sometimes, after you submit the answers to a challenge (or to a daily question), there are other answers checked in the reviewing page. It does not happen often, but it happens. Also, this affects your score, so for some players might be frustrating.

I'll make print-screens before and after to "catch" this problem in action and to show you. Right now, I only know it exists (it happened to me in a few challenges).
