As discussed in #460. We should have everything available in the CPanel

Yep. Ok to merge.

@iulianR: the cpanel/views.py is getting bigger, we should think about refactoring it in a module, something like:
cpanel/views/init.py
cpanel/views/static.py - views related to static pages, news etc
cpanel/views/games.py - views related to game controlers etc
