In todays larger, wider monitors, we sometimes have a lot more width than height. While we can drag the windows themselves around to different panes, we can't do that with the output window, which remains planted at the bottom of that particular tab. If it could be set to the side, even in that same tab, that would be helpful!
Even better would be to make it a dockable tab of its own, like a regular document, but that would be a more substantial change as you'd have to track the output for each tab as part of its view model, then swap it out in the output tab as you changed tabs. Would be awesome, but understandable if we can't have that.
