This is just a 3D mesh skeletonization plugin for Sofa Framework using CGAL library
This plugin can be used to generate centerlines from 3D mesh to be used with the Sofa Framework using CGAL skeletonization The centerlines can be coupled with the BeamFEMForcefield component to simulate blood vessels biomechanical behaviour
