How to disable default pop-out animation on tab selection. #235

I want to disable the default pop-out animation which gives elevation to the currently selected tab.Ijust want to keep it simple like Instagram.
Also for me SetActiveTabColor is not working. ven though I am calling just after attaching, in Xamain Android.Please help.

So, there is no way to disable animation when a tab is selected?
