Things that need to be done

• Get Second Pass working
  • Figure out best method for user input of flats to user
  • Fix the dialog for selectin a file
  • implement applying flats
  • implement apply WCS
• Get Third pass working
• Fix naming scheme for objects that don't have a Title
• Set up models to keep track of which folders have been done, and what stages they are at
• Improve observation database interface
• Cache image type information in Raw folders to make uses of ImProcessor faster if it is used more than once
• Find a way to efficiently synchronize remote object database with local database. Is this desirable?
• Make it look prettier
