Please read this guide before submitting a bug report or Discord request regarding Logitech device issues.

  1. Are you running the latest version of Chromatics and LGS?

  2. Make sure LGS is running before opening Chromatics or FFXIV.

  3. Do you have "Allow games to control illumination" selected in LGS Settings?

  1. Do you have a persistent profile enabled? If so, set to none.

  1. Is the inbuilt FFXIV Logitech LED support disabled in LGS Profiles?

image

  1. Is Chromatics Logitech LED support enabled in LGS Profiles?

image

  1. Are there any other LGS Profiles conflicting with Chromatics? Example: Discord, Overwolf, etc.

image

  1. Are you running Chromatics with Administrative Privileges? Right-click the shortcut and select Run As Administrator.

  2. Is Logitech Conflict Control (LCC) enabled in Chromatics? If this section is greyed out, you might not be running as administrator or might not be running LGS.

  1. Do you have your device types enabled under Devices tab?

If you have tried all these things, please submit a bug report or Discord request in the #support channel and make sure to post a screenshot of your console window like so:
