How to have access to GPT-4 ?

Once you get you OpenAI key and set it up, the next step is to ensure that you have access to the best models (GPT-4 level). Unfortunately, OpenAI requires you to add at least 5$ of API credits to gain access to the best models. See this forum post that discusses this. Once you pay 5$ you are past the 'free tier' as described here -- that unlocks more models:

Notice that now there are more models, including GPT-4!
