Debian has the package with qt5 but NSM support is not working unfortunately

I've build this repo on Ubuntu 18.04 and NSM works fine there.

The default AMS package in Ubuntu 18.04 nsm is not working, but it should given the changelog. So the patch is not applied properly likely:

Looks like they forgot to add liblo as dependency. Reported.
