I really dig libuv, but it looks way harder to build with sources included in the repo.

I decided to postpone this. I want SSL support later anyway, so I will have to change sooner or later.

The server now has a sort of working implementation. There is lots to
do still.

Removed libuv dependencies from everywhere, including tests.
Deleted libuv submodule.
