Changes the default icon background color to something brighter.
This also adds 2 more gui settings for icon colors: trophy manager icon color and save manager icon color.
You can set these in the gui settings just like the gamelist icon color.
Fixes wrong icon height in the save manager if no icon was found.
Fixes some possible nullpointer exceptions in the save manager and the trophy manager.
Handles some warnings.
