This adds a very basic screenshot manager to Manage->Screenshots.
The screenshots are read from the actual screenshot directory, which contains the screenshots made by the user as well as the screenshots made by the cellScreenshot utility.
Currently there is no distinction in the viewer.
You can doubleclick an image to open a preview that can be resized, stetched and even copied to the clipboard.
I think this is a nice base for future improvements and kept simple enough so that new contributors may practice their skills.
