Problems with "&" (ampersand) characters in note title

A number of problems have been noticed / reported related to Joplin's importing of titles with special characters, starting with "&"
This issue attempts to track them and document the fixes.

Joplin crash during import

• As mentioned in the README file, joplin crashed when importing notes with an "&" in the title.
• This was reported to Joplin . No feedback so far.
• A trivial / obvious temporary workaround was to replace "&" with some other character in the original notes. Another was to replace "&" with
• Another workaround mentioned in the report to Joplin is to substitute “&” for "&" --- this has not yet been implemented in the script.

Related problem reported in Issue #2

• (...) note with first line that says "Markdownum - Lorem & Ipsum", only the "& Ipsum" will be set as the title.

I just made a simple fix - when creating a title from the first line - replace "&" with the html code &amp_; (remove the underscore - I don't know how to escape it... to render it here). It works with the example json file
