this now creates builds for epub. the same makefile can be used for mobi and pdf as well.

added sample builds as well.

How is the formatting in the ebooks? Usually converting between formats requires a lot of massaging in the source.

It's not too bad. Do you want the download links for the PDF, epub, and mobi?

@mjhea0 Yeah, I'd appreciate that.

Do you have any preference on the syntax highlighting? Do you have a latex
file already generated per chance?

@mjhea0 No latex file generated for the current version. I can always just pull this down and build it myself if it's a pain for you to get the built versions to me.

@mjhea0 I think I generally prefer syntax highlighting. Sometimes it looks bad though and it's best to leave it out.

@rpicard I've thought about this and I do not think I want to be the one that does this. People are never happy with the formatting/syntax highlighting and there are bound to be issues in your restructedText that will cause epub errors. It can be a nightmare to debug.

If anything, I could write up the steps on creating PDFs and EPUP and MOBI editions and even provide a Makefile, but I think the latex file and the conversion either must be done by the individuals who want it or from you.

Thoughts?

@mjhea0 haha, that's exactly the reason I decided not to support PDFs, EPUB and MOBI to begin with.

I think providing the steps for people to build it themselves is the best way to go. I'm not interested in figuring out all of the formatting quirks to have officially supported releases either.

Let me think about it.
