This pr should get rid of all current package vulnerabilities in react-automation-profiler.
Made pr to fix vulnerabilities in that types package here, although not too sure about the DefinitelyTyped pr process or how long that will take to be resolved.
Added types for browser-sync locally.
Also moves all global types to types folder.
