Right now, the ssh server fingerprint is just printed to the terminal. Just like with OpenSSH and known_hosts, these fingerprints should be saved and verified.

I'd love the option to print the visual fingerprint along with it. It's the 'VisualHostKey' option in openssh.

Done in SHA 4b44fab.

@trichner, the visual fingerprint would be kinda neat; I'd welcome a pull request. I'm not sure if libssh has a facility for it, though.
