Started with https://github.com/otoolep/rqlite/issues/55

With better support for DSNs, it should be possible to support in-memory SQLite databases. Persistency isn't lost since the Raft log is the ultimate source of truth. This might result in much faster performance.

All done. Pass -mem to rqlited at startup.
