# REMODEL

This repository contains all data from a poll in spring 2021 on reproducibility in the geosciences.

## Quick Start

Start the automatic plotting and report creation script:

python3 run.py


## Data

The raw data can be found in the data folder as .csv files

## Prerequisites

Python 3.8

* pandas (for the data processing)
* pyarrow (to store tmp data)
* seaborn (for plotting)
* texlive (latex; for the automated report)
