Pairs of dialogs containing : "" is not a valid integer value.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy the exectuable to an empty directory and run it.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am getting a lot of `` "" is not a valid integer value. `` dialogs when 
clicking in the memo field. The seem to come in pairs


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Application version: 1.0.0.242
OS version: Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

The memo field is not being update but I suspect that this is because of the 
dialog messages appearing.

Are you using only the DelphiIDEThemeEditor.exe without copy the additional 
required folder and files?

That is correct... I take it that is a no-no. If so, ignore this issue and 
issue #8.
