An issue cannot have the label needs-love and matched concurrently. We need an action that will remove the second whenever either of the first is assigned.

This is done - but I need to test it! I'm going to wait until the interface is worked on first, needs to run tonight again.

This is done and tested! When a needs-love label is applied, matched is removed, and vice versa.
