Bump Version 6 #609

In addition to bumping the version number, this PR also attempts to do the following:

Fix issue with Android build where SVGs were causing app when it was installed
Create script for building that prefixes app to assemblyRelease (for jail-monkey)
Fixes Github CI's Android build, now on release.
