Font on reference page is too small

The majority of the text on https://shiny.rstudio.com/reference/shiny/1.3.2/ is 14px, which I find rather hard to read, especially given that the font is very thin.

I thought I would drop a note here about where those docs come from, since I helped @wch update them recently for the 1.3.2 release:

Those are generated by an old version of pkgdown and are deployed as part of a Jekyll site. The process for updating is described here: https://github.com/rstudio/shiny-dev-center#generating-api-reference-with-staticdocs

I don't know how the CSS is managed between the Jekyll and pkgdown that are involved, but upgrading pkgdown before making CSS changes seems like a good idea (assuming updating doesn't automatically make the docs look better).
