Add elpaca recipe install test.
Why
Verifies that the recipe works.
Note
This currently fails on one test case.
1 unexpected results:
FAILED hpath:prepend-shell-directory-testI have not verified this but I have a hunch that this test uses files that are expected to be present in the
hyperb:dirfolder and it needs to refactored so it is more robust.Elpacauses symbolic links to the source and it seems it does not create links for all non-elisp files.
